This Mao Feng Green Tea offers a unique and refreshing experience, sourced from a smallholder estate nestled amongst the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Vietnam. This region, known for its lush greenery and diverse ecosystems, provides the ideal environment for cultivating exceptional tea.

This particular Mao Feng is crafted from the tenderest young tea buds, hand-picked at the peak of their freshness. The delicate leaves are carefully processed to preserve their vibrant green colour and delicate flavours. This meticulous attention to detail ensures a cup of tea that is both exquisite and invigorating.

The resulting liquor is a pale, translucent green, reflecting the tea’s delicate nature. The flavour profile is characterized by a refreshing sweetness, reminiscent of a spring meadow. A subtle vegetal note adds a touch of complexity, while the overall impression is one of lightness and elegance.
