UK Standard Delivery

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • Carrier & Service: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the delivery destination, starting from £4.95 for mainland UK shipping.

  • Delivery Times: Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer to arrive.

International Shipping & Import Duties

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select destinations worldwide via tracked courier services.

  • Customs, VAT & Taxes: Please note that for all international shipments, all local import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, and courier handling charges applied upon arrival in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • These charges are set by your local government and border authorities and must be paid before your package can be released for delivery. We recommend checking your local postal authority’s import guidelines prior to placing an order.

Tracking & Managing Your Order

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched from our shop on a Tuesday or Friday, you will receive an automated email containing your Royal Mail tracking link.

  • Missing or Delayed Packages: In the event that your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask that you first check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. Royal Mail's live portal will provide the most up-to-date information on your parcel's journey, including details of any attempted delivery, local sorting office holds, or safe-place updates.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Issues & Returned Shipments

If Royal Mail is unable to complete delivery (for instance, if no one is home and a designated safe place or neighbor is unavailable), they will leave a physical card or update your digital tracking with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.

  • Undelivered / Returned Parcels: Parcels that remain uncollected from the local delivery office within Royal Mail's specified timeframe will automatically be returned to us. Once received back at our facility, we will issue a refund for the product(s), excluding the original shipping fees.

Free Standard UK Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility Minimum Spend: Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout on all eligible orders with a net subtotal of £60.00 or more.

  • Subtotal Calculation: The £60.00 minimum threshold applies to the total value of physical goods in your shopping basket after any promotional discount codes, coupon codes, or vouchers have been applied, and excludes delivery charges or gift wrapping.

  • Geographic Scope & Exclusions: Free delivery applies exclusively to standard mainland UK street addresses. It excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, and BFPO addresses, as well as international destinations. Higher courier surcharges may apply to these excluded postcodes.

  • Delivery Method: Free delivery orders are dispatched using our Standard UK delivery service (typically 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or nominated courier). It cannot be combined with Express, Next Day, or Saturday guaranteed delivery options.

  • Returns & Refunds Adjustment: If you return items from an order that qualified for free delivery, and the retained total value of your order falls below the £60.00 threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the standard delivery charge from your final refund amount.

  • Promotions & Amendments: Free shipping offers cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the promotion start date. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the £60 free delivery offer at any time without prior notice.
