Colombian Arabica beans are renowned for their exceptional quality. The unique terroir, with its rich volcanic soils and diverse microclimates, contributes to the development of beans with a balanced acidity, complex aromas, and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.

The artful combination of medium and dark roasted beans creates a symphony of flavours. Medium roasted beans contribute a bright, lively character, while the darker roast adds depth and complexity, with notes of dark fruits. This harmonious blend results in a coffee that is both invigorating and satisfying, with a well-rounded flavour profile that is sure to please even the most discerning coffee connoisseur.

This Breakfast Blend is the ideal way to kickstart your morning. Its robust yet balanced flavour provides the perfect energy boost to jumpstart your day. However, its versatility extends beyond breakfast. This delightful coffee is equally enjoyable throughout the day, whether enjoyed as an afternoon pick-me-up or a relaxing evening treat.

This Breakfast Blend is proudly Fairtrade certified, ensuring that the farmers who cultivate these exceptional beans receive a fair price for their hard work. By choosing this coffee, you are supporting sustainable and ethical coffee production.

Ingredients

100% Arabica beans.

Process: Washed.
Washed, or wet, processing is all about purity and precision. Instead of drying the coffee cherry whole, the outer fruit is removed within hours of harvest using water and mechanical depulpers. The sticky, sugar-rich layer left on the seed (the mucilage) is then broken down through controlled fermentation before the beans are thoroughly washed clean and dried.

This process yields a beautifully clean, bright, and expressive cup that lets the true terroir—the specific soil, elevation, and climate of the origin—shine through without any fruit distortion.

Shipping and Storage

Shipping: Information on shipping and delivery.

Storage: To maintain the best quality, we recommend storing in an air-tight container. For longer term storage, divide larger quantities and store half in the freezer for later use.

We recommend storing whole beans for no more than 6 months, and ground coffees no more than 3 months to maintain maximum flavour. Never store coffee in the refrigerator, as coffees absorb odour.
